Our starting point is a diagnosis within the existing store network by decoding the shopping journey and measuring the different components of the store concept such as space allocation, shopping loop, assortment, product exposures, communication, inspiration and experience etc. This provides us with a platform of data and KPI measurements that will help us generate insights and fact-based hypotheses, combined with best practices.

With insights in hand, we want proof-of-concept by testing the hypotheses in stores. Our methodology enables us to run tests during a few weeks and in relatively few stores to reach trustworthy results with a satisfying level of significance.

Through in-store testing we examine each component of the new store concept and incrementally lay all pieces together based on evidence from hard facts.
